To Lace or Not To Lace

“Lace Bra is a different bra type isn’t it?” No, it certainly is not. If you think of Lace as a detail and not a style, it will not only make bra shopping less cumbersome but it also makes you understand the functionality of a lace bra better. Whether to lace or not to lace, that is the question you should be asking, not if this is an entirely different bra type that you should not leave out in your lingerie wardrobe.

The beauty of a Lace Bra is how it can influence how you feel from within and define who you truly are. In your years of wearing a bra, have you thought of who is it that you are wearing for?

Sounds silly?

Are you wearing what you are wearing to conform to the societal beauty standards that your boobs need to look big and sexy? Or are you wearing bras so your boyfriends think you are hot? Or are you wearing them because you feel good in them? Does your confidence shine through and puts that smile onto your face? Do you radiate positivity because it empowers you?

Like all bras, deciding whether or not to go all lacey has a lot to do with how it makes you feel. Whether we like it or not, what we wear on the inside has a huge impact on how we feel – be it our self esteem, body image, mood, energy and even how our day has been. So if you put a lot of work into crafting your perfect OOTD, you will also want to work on what you wear inside.

On most days, a woman’s self image tends to take a beating. The power of lace is that it makes you feel sexy. Lace is a symbol of femininity and romance. It has the ability to arouse the many senses of sensuality. Essentially, the importance of feeling sexy is likened to the air we breathe. When you feel sexy, you become the best version of yourself. You feel deeply desired. You even increase your sexual drive – you will want sex even more and your health will be thanking you soon.

Ignore what the media says about societal norms of conforming to impossible beauty standards of thinness and proportionate body measurements; you do not have to live by these unrealistic expectations. You are unique being yourself.

The way you feel about your body image is 80% what you think the world thinks about you and 20% of what you really are. You will want to reverse that. Nothing looks better on you that confidence that shines from within.
